About the Event
Binaural Beats are specific frequencies that when listened to through both ears in headphones can help put your brain at ease & calm anxiety. In the Tranquility Salt Cave we will meet & relax & begin with a guided meditation led by Colleen Gallick. Afterward you will get a set of headphones to listen to binaural beats containing alpha, beta & theta waves to gently guide your mind into a deeper meditation.
