Breathwork Journey to Heal and Release in the Salt Cave

Join us for a deep dive inward to heal and release old wounds using the power of your own breath.

Breathwork in itself is a powerful practice to move stuck energy and emotions held within the body and we're taking it to the next level and upping our healing game in the Tranquility Salt Cave, Columbus's only manmade salt cave with over 5 tons of healing himalayan salt.

Halotherapy or salt therapy is great for clearing not only sinus cavity gunk, infections and pollutants, but it's an immune booster. It essentially cleans out the airways allowing for deeper breaths, meaning more oxygen, which leads to more relaxation and healing.

Please avoid large meals and caffeine 1 hour prior to class. Bring your own yoga mat, clean white socks, water bottle (no water is permitted in the cave). Eye mask are also nice, but not required.
