You will be guided into a full body relaxation along with the harmonics of the Himalayan Singing Bowls. As you get to a relaxed state, Sneha will continue playing the bowls to restore and rejuvenate your being.

About the Event
You will be experiencing a halotherapy session as well during the session in the salt cave. To be compliant with social distancing guidelines, we are limiting to 6 participants this time.
Feel free to bring a mat and any pillows, blankets, or other props you would like to make yourself comfortable and rest on the warm heated floor or relax in a zero-gravity chair.
