About the Event
Colleen Gallick will lead a feel-good yoga practice to get our bodies warmed up & comfortable for our Salt Cave session. In the Salt Cave we will enjoy a crystal singing bowl Hz Healing sound bath focused on connecting our bodies & our minds so that we can understand what we want & actively invite it into your daily life. You’ll leave feeling empowered, rested & ready to take on the world as the powerful woman you are! Snacks & refreshments will be provided
