Karuna Yoga / Beyond Yoga Series- Energy Flow and Play

Join me on Saturday mornings for a fun class in Tranquility Salt Cave's Yoga Center! We'll also explore the energy body through movement, mudras (hand yoga), mantras/chanting, guided meditation and more! Concerned because it's been awhile since you've been on a yoga mat? Don't worry! This is a beginner friendly class that encourages gentle movement in the body. Classes are designed to be slower paced, light and uplifting. Variations of shapes and poses are given to ensure each participant finds the right fit for their body. Shake off the holiday stress and gift yourself an hour of movement and play! Bio: Gina Kitzmiller is a Reiki Master Practitioner in Usui and Karuna Ki Reiki. She is a Certified Yoga Teacher RYT 200 through Yogafit which is one of the largest yoga school in the United States. Additionally she is a Certified Breath Coach and Divine I AM Practitioner.
