Mom & Me Relax & Retreat in the Tranquility Salt Cave

This event is a partnership between Colleen Gallick of Essential Healing & Melissa Dickens of Healing Hearts Reiki to provide tools and relaxation for both mothers and children. Mothers will be in the salt cave enjoying a restorative yoga practice on the heated salt floor with an added Hz Healing sound bath and Children will be in the event space doing mindfulness exercises, receiving Reiki and learning SEL. At the culmination of the event, the family unit will have more skills and tools to move forward in life while still understanding the present moment.

**The activities will be set up for children 2-7. Price is for 1 Mother & 1 Child
