This form of “yogic sleep” is meant to relax your consciousness and allow your mind to hover between being awake & asleep. 1 hour of yoga nidra is said to equal 4 hours of deep rest & by the end you will feel renewed & ready for anything. Our meditation will incorporate the self-centering energy of the new moon to bring attention to yourself & set an intention based on what you need.
