New Moon Women’s Circle + Light Yoga

Join us for a women’s circle in the salt cave celebrating the new moon and new beginnings! The event includes a light 25 minute gentle yoga session followed by a guided meditation, oracle cards, and sharing in a safe and supportive environment. About your host: Whitney has been studying yoga for about 13 years and graduated yoga teacher training in 2018. She is a registered with teacher yoga alliance as an RYT200 with additional certifications in trauma yoga and as a meditation coach. Leaving the business world behind to become a teacher devoted to healing and helping students, she is currently offering private lessons while studying for certification to become a yoga therapist.
