Yoga nidra is a meditative form of yogic sleep where we lie down completely relaxed and allow a withdraw of our senses. This brings the mind out of consciousness but not quite into sleep, it will feel like a deep meditation. The practice of yoga nidra guided by Colleen Gallick includes a full-body scan and guided meditation to encourage all systems of the body to slow down. In the salt cave we will lie in zero gravity chairs, sit surrounded by salt and breathe while salt is diffused into the air helping to open airways and relax your body from the inside out. Feel free to bring a mat if you wish to lie on the floor.
